Terms of sale

01Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the AI tokens used in GO4TEACH, published by FNT TECH SARL, Douala, Cameroon. They complement the terms of use.

02What is free

Every day, 3 artificial intelligence actions are free for every teacher: questions, sheets, tests, transformations, reading a document. What the teacher writes themselves, export and sharing are free.

There is neither a subscription nor a time-limited trial.

03Top-ups

Beyond the day's free actions, artificial intelligence actions are paid in AI tokens, bought by top-ups. The top-ups offered to date are: Recharge découverte: 1 000 FCFA incl. tax (83 857 AI tokens) ; Recharge mensuelle: 2 500 FCFA incl. tax (209 643 AI tokens) ; Recharge trimestrielle: 5 000 FCFA incl. tax (419 287 AI tokens).

The price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies; prices include taxes, excluding the payment operator's fees.

04Payment

Top-ups are paid by mobile money. The payment operator's fees are added to the top-up's price; their amount is shown before paying. No automatic debit is set up and no card data is kept by FNT TECH SARL.

A successful payment is credited to the teacher's account, after validation by the GO4 team when that validation is in place. A payment refused at that validation is refunded.

05No renewal

Every top-up is a single purchase. No amount can be charged without a new act of payment.

06The school's credits

A school may decide to pay its recognised teachers' actions, within a monthly quota, from its own balance. Those credits stay with the school: they are neither transferable nor kept by a teacher who leaves the school.

07Failure and refund

If a mobile payment fails, nothing is charged. A generation that fails gives back the action taken.

Tokens give access to a digital service supplied as soon as they are credited. No refund is provided under these terms, subject to the mandatory rights of consumers and to the refused payments above.

08Receipt and complaints

A receipt is available for every credited order. Any complaint can be sent to [email protected], stating the account's phone number and the order reference.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. The competent courts are those of Douala, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
